We strive to equip participants with the tools they need to connect with both people and planet in powerful ways.

In 2007, a group of passionate kayak anglers organized a field day with local children. That day inspired an outpouring of support and helped enrich our ties with the community and other like-minded organizations, leading us to form Paddle4Tomorrow.

Over a decade later, we continue to uplift youth, develop self-confidence and self-actualization, erase stigmas, promote tolerance and understanding, and help young people appreciate the environment through fun and sustainable activities. We not only value young people; we believe in them and know that they are capable of achieving great feats.

 Our Board

The team driving the mission and vision

  • Tony Narcisse

    Co-founder

Tony comes to P4T via a love for the outdoors and a love for people. P4T affords him the opportunity to connect both; young people to each other and to the outdoors. Connect, you might say, is the operative word. A native of Southern California, home has been Atlanta for nearly 30 years. He's a self proclaimed “adopted son of the south." His perfect day is spending time camping/paddling/hiking with his wife, family and friends.

  • Ruth Narcisse

    Co-founder, Programming Chair

Ruth was with P4T in the beginning and we are excited to have her talents, spirit and organizational skills on our board of directors. A seasoned paddler, hiker and camper, Ruth spends as much of her free time as possible in the outdoors. When she isn't in the outdoors, she's a partner on a successful real estate team.

  • Scott Ragan

    Finance & Fundraising Chair

Scott's connection to Paddle4Tomorrow began several years ago when a discussion with Tony about them both "knowing a guy" who sells kayaks turned out to be the same guy, their mutual friend and fellow board member, Fletch. Though relatively new to the paddling community, Scott has years of experience volunteering with various youth organizations throughout Georgia and looks forward to helping drive the continued growth of Paddle4Tomorrow.

  • Ashraf Hossain

    Marketing & Communications Chair

As a child, Ashraf was a “gamer” who didn’t have the opportunity to develop a love for the outdoors. As he grew up, he fostered a love for nature through hiking and paddling. He joined P4T to develop and support the opportunity he didn’t have as a child, instilling an appreciation of nature in children at a young age. Outside of P4T, Ashraf is an avid traveler, runner, and sports fanatic (Go ATLUTD!)

  • Fletch Griffin

Fletch enjoys sharing his passion and experience in paddle sports and the outdoors with everyone he meets. He does this through his active involvement with the kayak fishing community and as owner of Westbrook Supply Co. a full service kayak fishing shop in the heart of Atlanta. A former member of the U.S. Army, S.C.A.D alumni and avid outdoorsmen, Fletch's unique skill set has been an invaluable resource to our board.

  • Jessie Laverty

Jessie is excited to join the P4T board. She enjoys camping, paddling, and hiking with her family and friends, thanks to her avid outdoorsman father. Jessie is passionate about helping children experience nature and connecting with one another. She hopes to teach kids how to care for each other and the environment we live in. Outside of P4T, she works as an elementary school teacher.

  • Kim Collins

Kim is excited to join the P4T board this year. She has enjoyed kayaking and working with children for many years. Through P4T, she has been able to combine these two passions. Kim has instilled the love of kayaking in her own children and looks forward to sharing that joy with more youth in Metro Atlanta.

  • Laurel Staat

Laurel is excited to join the P4T board and has been looking for the right non-profit organization to dedicate time to enrich the lives of others. A strong passion for the planet, paddling, and the outdoors made P4T a perfect fit. Laurel brings over 25 years experience in communications and training/talent acquisition. Outside of P4T, Laurel enjoys marathon running, music festivals, and gardening.
